BERNARD F. WEINAND
Bernard Weinand has primary responsibility for the litigation and real estate practices at Blackwood, Langworthy & Tyson, L.C. He has more than 35 years of experience representing clients in state and federal courts in Missouri and Kansas. He handles cases in all phases of litigation including trials, appeals, arbitration, and mediation.
Mr. Weinand received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas School of Business and his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. His practice areas include civil litigation, real estate litigation, real estate foreclosure, business and banking litigation, probate and trust litigation, appeals, and real estate and business transactions.
